Primary Objective:
- Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams
- Carry out documentation, disbursement and releases related activities for business loans/financing.
- Address customer and non customer queries related to business credit operations activities through ARMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
- Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
- Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams
- Strong familiarity in process/guidelines operations and governance related to Non PLM loan activities
- Expertise and capability of performing tasks related to Non PLM loan documentation processing activities assigned to them
- Carry out checker and maker activities related to processing of SME loan documentation activities within defined turnaround time
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to be patient and actively listens to others and understands other\'s views
- Carry out system enhancement or UAT as and when required
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with CCP/CCE
Preferably minimum of 5 years working experience in a Financial Institution with exposure in credit operations and loan documentation
- Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
- Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)
- Ability to be patient and actively listens to others, and understands others\' views
