Execution of mould maintenance before, during and after production ???????????????

Understand the production plan, maintain the mould in time according to the priorities, and be responsible for the results and follow up ????????????????????????????

Conduct inspection work carefully, follow-up the use and production status of mould, discover problems in time, and solve them in time ??????????????????????????????????

Follow up mould processing progress according to mould PMC production planning schedule, propose improvement when observe abnormality progress ????PMC??????????????????????????????

Accomplish daily mould repair work, communicate with design and process engineer, create mould repair plan ???????????????????????????????

Responsible for the acceptance of new mould transfer ????????????

Receive and check mould parts according to "Material List" ?????????????????

Assemble mould inserts, parts, FIT mould according to design drawings and process requirements ????????????????????FIT???

Inspect mould before mould test, which include water transport, ejection, mould movement, heating of hot runner, lubrication of sliding insert, etc. ????????????????????????????????????

Actively participate in every proposal for improvements; find ways to improve the lifespan of the mould, improve the quality of products and reduce the scraps caused the mould ?????????????????????????????????????????????

Responsible to complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors and handle matters request by other departments ??????????????????????????
