\xef\xbb\xbfKey Responsibilities:

Analyze and identify potential improvement opportunities in tool-room operations.
Research and identify new technology in software and equipment.
Planning and implementation of improvement projects together with tool-room team members.
Maintain and upgrade CAD/CAM software ensuring efficient use for tooling fabrication.
Generate procedures and best practices to standardize and systemize tool fabrication operation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: A degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year related experience and familiar with tool making environment is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency: Preferable familiar with SolidWorks, CAMWorks or equivalent CAD/CAM software.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot process related issues.
Language: Good command of spoken & written in English is a must.
Communication: A good team player with effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey information.
Time Management: Flexible to adapt, have ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
