Job description Job Summary: Review the job design and confirm that the job pack includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose. Travel to a field and perform a range of Interwell services under all operating conditions. Main Activities & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide the complete range of Interwell services in a geographic area. \xe2\x80\xa2 Accountable for on-site client satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Consults with clients concerning products and services, promotes good client relations at the well site, and insure client satisfaction with results. \xe2\x80\xa2 Where possible, assist in the preparation of equipment to enhance job familiarity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviews the job design and confirm that the job pack includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose. \xe2\x80\xa2 Confirms that all down-hole tools are ready, complete and correct for the job. Identify any additional contingencies that should be provided for. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs all aspects of the job in compliance with Interwell processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applies technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations and keep the Interwell operations base updated at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform onsite emergency equipment maintenance as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate knowledge of pre and post-job product and service activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Properly maintain assigned equipment and ensures compliance with safety regulations and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate regularly with the job responsible at the Interwell office \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily reporting to Field Supervisor / Duty personnel \xe2\x80\xa2 Interacts with third parties whose activities could negatively impact Interwell job execution process to assure proper co-ordination. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentors and assesses junior Tool Specialist in areas of expertise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct and document all Interwell HSE related activities at the well site \xe2\x80\x93 site assessments and risk analyses, onsite safety meetings, PPE use, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete all well site and post-job paperwork. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend pre-job meeting ensuring you are satisfied with the job details \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in post job review with his/her supervisor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote and takes an active part in the quality improvement process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recognize possible sales opportunities for additional Interwell products and services and communicates them to appropriate Sales personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and demonstrate the ability to run new technology as it becomes available. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists with the review, validation and updates to local Interwell processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop knowledge and skills to be able to run complex jobs in challenging conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report experience/non-conformances after each job \xe2\x80\xa2 Update run record \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete job report / installation drawings after installation. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Slick line/ E-Line/ Coil Tubing offshore experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with basic oil field calculations \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience dealing with clients, attending client meetings etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Offshore Medical & survival required \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent Written and spoken English \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexible to travel within the APAC region \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid driving license
