Calibration Management of Tooling Fixtures and Special Inspection Tools

Establish rework and repair process standards to address abnormal issues on-site. repare, revise, and update technical drawings using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Establish inspection record ledgers, calibration, and verification procedures for tooling fixtures and special inspection tools. Assist the team leader in establishing SOPs for special inspection tools and provide technical guidance for on-site use. Provide relevant standards and standard samples for special inspection tools. Perform periodic calibration and verification of tooling fixtures and special inspection tools, and record and summarize results. Ensure completeness and accuracy of calibration and verification records. Assist the technical department in product testing using special inspection tools to meet measurement requirements. Fulfill 5S and safety responsibilities for this position.

Requirement

Diploma or above in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in CAD software is mandatory (AutoCAD / SolidWorks / related tools). Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow management instructions effectively. Able to work independently and in a team environment Possess positive attitude, discipline and strong sense of responsibility Preferably able to communicate in English and Mandarin Preferably
