Job Responsibilities:

Compile capacity load of tooling department (equipment, workers) according to mould orders, conduct advance assessment for outsource requirements ????????????????????????????????????? Arrange for production schedule and release plan according to mould engineering time node requirements, in order to ensure mould delivery time and production capacity utilization ???????????????????????????????????? Organize mould production progress meeting on weekly basis, report on mould progress status, propose abnormality progress and modification plan promptly ??????????????????????????????????????; Regular inspect on achievement status of plan, and provide statistics on equipment utilization and plan achievement rate ???????????????????????????? Control on-site production schedule ?????????? Propose outsourcing application according to mould delivery time and each process load ??????????????????? Verify material requisition plan (SAP) and follow up MC to release PR ?????????SAP????MC?PR? Summarize status of mould release on-time rate on monthly basis, and conduct analysis and organization improvement ????????????????????????? Coordinate communications across each department in order to facilitate the production according to planning schedule ??????????????????? Accomplish ad-hoc task assign by superior ???????????? Participate in department workflow formulation and improvement ???????????????

Job Requirement:

At least Diploma or above in Mechanical manufacturing, Mechatronics, Mould design or related field.

Understand the mold structure and processing technology, and can reasonably arrange internal resources according to the working hours of the process. Proficient in mould processing mechanism and working hours estimation. Understand mould processing equipment properties. Basic skills requirements of mould engineering. Proficiency in using SAP system or Excel to plan and arrange all tasks, and adjust the processing sequence in a timely manner according to system (on-site) feedback. Good communication skills and data collation and analysis skills. Coordination ability of planning follow-up and mold planning.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
