Control and monitor machine technician daily job .
Control and monitor tools spare part and machine PM and machine problem.
Develop CNC programs using NX 2312 for multi-axis machining operations: milling, turning, etc.
Develop wire-cut (EDM) programs using FikusPlus 20 for precision mold components or tooling.
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications to determine tooling, cutting paths, cycle times, etc.
Optimize programs for efficiency, accuracy, and reduced cycle time.
Perform first-off tests, validate tool paths, adjust offsets and tooling as required.
Work with production/engineering teams to troubleshoot machining issues and improve process stability.
Maintain documentation of programs, tooling sheets, revisions and set-up data.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and machining standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Tool & Die Technology, Machining, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Toolmaker / CNC Programmer in a manufacturing or toolroom environment.
Strong experience in CNC programming using NX Application 2312 (multi-axis milling & turning).
Hands-on experience in Wire-Cut EDM programming (FikusPlus 20).
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T.
Experience in machine planning, supervising technicians, and daily toolroom operations.
Knowledge in tool spare parts control, machine preventive maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting.
Having experience participating in Kaizen activities will be an added value
Able to perform first-off validation, tooling setup, and program optimization.
Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
Strong awareness of safety, quality, and machining standards.
Familiar with liaising with supplier and vendors
