Job Description

A Tour Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing travel tours for groups and individuals, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Organizing Tours

: Create detailed itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and activities, tailored to client preferences.

Vendor Coordination

: Work with various service providers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and local attractions, to ensure all aspects of the tour are arranged and confirmed.

Customer Service

: Provide exceptional service to clients before, during, and after the tour, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

Problem Solving

: Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the tour, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all participants.

Feedback Collection

: Gather feedback from clients post-tour to improve future offerings and address any concerns raised.

Qualifications

Education

: A degree/Diploma in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not always required.

Experience

: Previous experience in travel coordination or a similar role is highly desirable.

Skills

: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is a plus.
