Responsibilities

Assist in planning itinerary and translation of itineraries if required
Deal with agents / supplier on ground arrangement
Actively learns and is knowledgeable to answer questions on product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and information.
Assist on prepare and follow up on quotation given
Handling of travel Insurance purchases, visa application & related matters
Manage bookings in the case of date changing, cancellation and refund.
Assist on design of brochure & artwork for new plan attractions for promotion and marketing purpose
Maintain proper filing record and keeping complete documents for future reference
Ad-hoc task as & when required
