*Assists the Operations Executive on daily operation & tasks. *Process Visa application & related matters. *Issue vouchers, exchange orders and invoices. *Create booking and updating tour information in system on timely manner. *Liaise with Tour Guides on Tour Arrangement. *Prepare Tour Guide Assignment and Guide Claim. *Liaise with suppliers and restaurants on Ground Arrangement including billings and payments. *Contact immediate superior on any emergency situation. *Contribute effective communication by constantly seeking and sharing accurate and up-to-date information with teammate, suppliers and customers. *Maintaining proper filing record (hotel contract, menu and entrance) for future reference. *Ad-hoc task from management as and when needed.
