Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organised
Tour Operations Executive
to manage end-to-end travel operations -- from tour confirmation to final invoicing. This role requires strong coordination with suppliers, sales teams, and international partners to ensure seamless, efficient, and accurate delivery of travel services.
Key ResponsibilitiesTour Operations
Manage the full tour operation process from confirmation to completion.
Create, update, and manage bookings, itineraries, and service orders in internal systems.
Ensure all services comply with operational guidelines and company standards.
Finance & Documentation
Prepare and review invoices, credit notes, and additional charge documents.
Verify supplier invoices and follow up on outstanding or pending items.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams across multiple time zones.
Handle customer feedback, manage tour reports, and oversee post-tour follow-ups.
Support the Sales and Quotation teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Quality Control & Process Improvement
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and booking information.
Monitor quality control data and contribute ideas for workflow improvement.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in tour operations or travel handling (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Good communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
High accuracy in data entry and system handling.
Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates will be prioritised.
