Job Description

Job scope :

1.

Create and maintain detailed project schedules

to ensure projects are completed on time.

2. Prepare detailed project documentation

such as schedules, budgets, and reports.

3. Coordinate and communicate

with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and project teams.

4.

To follow up and inspection

site/progress and activities.

5. Work with procurement and construction teams

to ensure proper synchronization between planning and actual execution.

6. Monitor project quality

, ensuring that the plans are adhered to and construction is done as per specifications.

7. Any other ad-hoc assigned by Superior

Requirement :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning or other equivalent
2. Good team player with strong commitment and self motivated
3. Aggressive and possess positive attitude
4. Computer literate and skills
5. Able to write/ speak English/ Malay
6. Can work independently
7. Willing to travel (License holder for Car and have own transport more advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
