Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude and assist them in scheduling service appointments.
Accurately gather and record vehicle information to ensure smooth service operations.
Clearly explain repair orders, keeping customers informed and obtaining approval for any additional work required.
Assist in preparing cost estimates and monitor the status of ongoing repairs.
Ensure services are completed on time, and carry out basic quality checks prior to vehicle delivery.
Support special service campaigns and coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely parts availability.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Keep the service reception area clean, organized, and aligned with the company's professional standards.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills with a professional appearance and attitude.
A team player who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
Must possess own transportation and a valid Class "D" driver's license.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage due to customer base diversity.
