- At least 1 year of working experience in retail, preferably in the mobile phone industry
- Proficiency in at least 2 languages
- Good working attitude and willing to learn
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays (if needed)
- Working hours will be 11.00 am to 8.00 pm (include 1 hour lunch break)
- Drive the trade-in business by encouraging customers to trade-in their mobile devices in return for cash at our partner branches
- Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries and provide excellent customer service in meeting customer expectation
- Assist & guide customer who traded-in their mobile devices on data backup
- Ensure high visibility and clear communication of the trade in program (marketing materials) within partner retail outlet
