Assisting the Trade Activation Manager in executing the brands\' annual marketing plans that deliver category, brand and channel growth in line with marketing strategies.
Serving as a bridge between Commercial, Branding, Supply Chain and other departments in order to optimize key business opportunities.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to conduct trade activities eg. Retailers, Agencies, Brand Partners and Floor Staff.
Creative collaboration with brand partners to facilitate retail activities.
Effectively planning and implementing trade and retail events in-stores to drive consumer footfall, traffic and engagement.
Proactively contributing fresh ideas and coordinate related marketing materials for brands\' ecommerce.
Developing in-store communications and ensuring merchandising is according to brand guidelines.
Managing A&P planning to ensure optimum ROI and meeting the company\'s objectives.
Data analyzes- Preparing bi-monthly report to identify issue & opportunity and make countermeasure on proposal.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication, PR or any related field.
At least 2 years proven experience, ideally in either in a multinational / FMCG / e-commerce / Retail / merchandising or health & beauty company.
Experiences and exposure in trade marketing and/or brand marketing.
Creative with strong Problem Solving & Analytical skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
Competent in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Good presentation and communication ability.
Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally.
