Job Description

Responsible for boosting both short-term and long-term sales and driving category growth by executing BTL strategies in alignment with brand guidelines, focusing on areas such as merchandising displays, point-of-sale materials, product communication, and engaging shoppers.

• Identify chances to boost or enhance the brand\'s visibility and product messaging across all shopper channels
• Oversee programs that increase shopper engagement and improving the product experience, resulting in higher sales conversion rates.
• Take charge of planning brand corner displays and merchandising strategies.
• Coordinate marketing events and product sponsorship initiatives to foster shopper preference for the brands.
• Implement trade promotions and impactful in-store campaigns by collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate how competitors launch new products, pinpointing growth opportunities and strategies for creating compelling product displays.

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in trade marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials.
• Willing to travel and hands on as a sole contributor role.
