The conduit between Sales and Marketing, ensuring Company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives are achieved by translating the overall Brand strategies into effective and actionable Sales strategy for Modern Trade and General Trade channel.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities a) Owns the Channel Strategy :
Size of prize: Sizing up the potential sales volume and spend of a brand/product by Channel.
Volume Building blocks: Mapping out the building blocks/metrics (distribution, forwards stock shares, SPPD, etc) to achieve the target volume.
Trade plans: Develop Channel plans to (Campaigns, promos, trade deals, activations to achieve the Volume Building Blocks.
Execution Guidelines: Develop Shopper driven Channel execution guidelines (Picture of Success) to maximize product availability, visibility and accessibility.
Evaluation: Leads the tracking, monitoring and post evaluation ROI of plans.
b) Drive our agenda in the trade thru development of compelling selling stories/decks. c) Operationally acts as the conduit between Sales and Marketing (liaising on POSMs, NCP, trade requirements etc). d) Leads Customer Marketing function (development of customized/customer/channel specific POSMs based on master Key Visuals etc) e) Manage trade spend and allocate A&P across designated channels and customers. Forecast program volumes & ROI. f) Coach and support the sales teams to execute effectively with the customers. Work Relations

Qualifications
Minimum a Degree qualification
Minimum 5 years related experience in FMCG industry.
Beverage and Snacks experience is an advantage.
Proven experience in Channel Development and/or Category Development
Experience in Modern Trade Key Accounts.
Experience in Sales Operations and/or General Trade channel management is an added advantage
Strong channel/category insights experience, with the ability to generate and present actionable recommendation and plans to a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels
Good communication and inter-personal skills
