Achieve trade fee income & interest/profit income budget.
Driving customers utilization of trade products and services offered to achieve the set targets.
Assess customers wallet and future opportunities.
Develop and follow through for closure of new deals.
Provide specialists advisory / support to customers and internal business units in pursuing new customers / business.
Perform transactional servicing and manage customers expectations.
Conduct trade product knowledge and sales training to business partners to increase awareness with the objective of expanding customer base.
Perform customer visitation and maintain regular telephone communication.
Work with trade product and marketing team to organize related marketing campaigns and customer appreciation events or seminar with objective aligned with incremental customer base, utilization and fee income target.
Cross sell other related products such as cash management, fx and marine cargo insurance.
Work with business unit to acquire customers within the banks target market segments.
Work with product managers to roll out new products/services and marketing collaterals, provide market intelligence, and solicit customer feedback on trade offerings for resolutions through respective units.
Prepare necessary reports, track and measure achievements.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years banking experience with 3 years exposure in the area of trade finance and services as an added advantage, and at least 3 years in sales centric roles.
Sales and service oriented.
Independent, willing to travel, results-oriented and resourceful.
Good communication skills.
A business-related degree will be added advantage.
