Job Description


The Solution Sales Specialist plays a critical role in identifying and capitalizing on solution business opportunities. Working closely with the Sales Account Manager, this individual will uncover customer requirements and create compelling events to drive solution sales. Collaboration with Solution Marketing and Presales teams is crucial to propose and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. The Solution Sales Specialist will support and lead solution presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) with the assistance of Pre-sales. Responsibilities: Develop solution business opportunities by identifying and capitalizing on potential sales prospects. Collaborate with the Sales Account Manager to understand customer requirements and create compelling events to drive solution sales opportunities. Work closely with the Solution Marketing and Presales teams to propose and deliver solutions that fulfill customer needs. Support and lead solution presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) with assistance from the Pre-sales team. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of basic IT concepts and utilize this knowledge to design solution flows conceptually. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with external and internal customers. Provide prompt and accurate project status updates to the superior. Manage sales pipeline and outlook with self-discipline to ensure efficient sales activities. Utilize Salesforce.com (SFDC) to monitor daily sales activities and update relevant information periodically. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in solution sales, preferably in a technology-related industry or IT Services. Strong understanding of IT concepts and the ability to design solution flows conceptually. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Pre-sales. Self-disciplined approach to managing sales pipelines and outlooks. Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com (SFDC). Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills in relevant areas.
