• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure consistency of customer messaging across all marketing channels

• Establish strong relationships with business partners while employing a win-win strategy within a sustainable business model.
• Develop account strategies that will align with the 3-year strategic plan and 1-year action plan.
• Effectively execute sales strategies, policies and best practices within the account sales business segment.
• Ensure proper implementation of action plans through the allocation of resources, negotiation and tracking of the progress.
• Ensure a reliable and efficient supply of products to the customers.
• Respond to customers\' needs and requests in a timely manner while minimizing complaints.
• Proactive to coordinate and facilitate meetings with other functions.
• Proactive to facilitate meetings and business reviews with the customers.
• Provide quarterly updates of strategic account initiatives.
• Establish a regular schedule for customer visits and market walk plan.
• Proactively lead the alignment of sell in and sell through processes.
• Support the credit function in credit related issues of assigned customers.
• Identify business opportunities for new channels.
