Job Description

• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required standards
• Adhere appropriate quality standards and parameters for products following ASW guidelines
• Coordinates product testing processes
• Reviews user feedback
• Maintains compliance to local and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant / similar working experience
• Understanding of agile/scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Good computer skills, including database management
• Good analytical, problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
• Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA
