Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Developing and implementing the company occupational safety and health manual in line with the organization\'s quality Assurance plans 2. Developing and implementing Traffic management, safety, and health training manual and assisting in the training of company staff at the Head Office, project, and subsidiaries jobs to achieve the set and recognized work standards. 3. Identifying and assisting sub-contractors in order to ensure that the traffic and safety requirements are continuously met. 4. Liaising with the Human Resource Ministry, Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaaan, Health and safety organizations, and other professional organizations to maintain the company\'s progressive safety standards and requirements. 5. Compile monthly reports related to safety occurrences at the workplace and submits them to the safety unit and related departments. 6. Compiling audits and monthly reports related to Traffic and safety at the workplace and submits to Safety Unit and related departments. 7. To assist Technical Executive in the supervision of Periodic works. 8. To manage and ensure all the company assets are in good condition and properly maintained. 9. Briefing on a traffic management plan to staff and sub-contractors before starting work. 10. Responsible to take action on any accidents that occur. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Degree /Diploma in Safety & Health, DOSH, NIOSH, or equivalent 2. 3 years above experience in a related field 3. Able to work under minimum supervision 4. Good time management
