Traffic Supervisor

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the setup, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic control systems, including signage, barriers, cones, and flagmen. Monitor real-time traffic flow around the site and adjust control measures as needed to minimize disruptions and ensure safety. Conduct daily briefings with traffic personnel on their duties, site hazards, and safety practices. Report any traffic incidents, non-compliance, or public complaints to the Traffic Manager or Safety Officer. Ensure all traffic personnel wear proper PPE and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Maintain daily records of traffic operations, staff attendance, and incidents.
Qualifications:
SPM
or equivalent; additional training in safety or traffic management is an advantage.Minimum 1 year of experience
in construction field. Good understanding of local road traffic laws and safety regulations. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor/site environments.Location Requirement:
This position is based in
Kota Tinggi, Johor.
Candidate must be willing and able to work in above mentioned location.Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
