Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Railway Operations, Transportation, or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a train driver or crew member.
- Strong focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Operate trains in accordance with schedules and safety procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure train readiness.
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and communication during journeys.
- Comply with all operational and regulatory safety requirements.
- Report incidents or irregularities promptly to the control center.
