Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities for sales and service department. To provide administrative support to the sales & service team. Maintaining excellent rapport and healthy working relationship with customers. Understanding contractual commitments and monitoring service response by entering accurate information to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure metrics are reported. Supports managers in obtaining metrics and analyzing data output from systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators. Oversee all interaction with customers to ensure all service requirements are met, making note of instances that may need improvement. Compile customer satisfaction survey and data, prepare reports, making recommendations for areas of improvement and presenting the information at a monthly meeting with the management. Relay information between management and sales representatives to best coordinate sales and service techniques and improve profits. Requirements: Possess a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent. Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Fresh graduate may apply Good knowledge of Telecommunication industries in Malaysia, Demonstrable experience in data analysis and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) would be added advantages Aggressive, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure. Self \xe2\x80\x93 starter with initiative and capable to work independently and effectively. Good customer service skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills with problem solving capability. Willing to travel out of office and/or outstation.
