Summary of this role: EE Management Trainee for Operations is a very interesting roles for the fresh graduate to experience a hands on, on the job training for Employee Experience scopes: Operations This position will provide the successful candidate a unique opportunity to learn the various processes in the Sanofi Employee Experience scopes: Query Management, Employee Life Cycle, Employee Master Data, Organization & Data Management, Payroll, Benefits Management, time &Attendance. Opportunity to gain exposure working with Multi Country and Culture within SBS EE teams. This role is based in Plaza 33, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Countries supported by EE currently: Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam Cambodia, Taiwan, Hongkong, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand Key responsibilities to support Team Supervisor/Team Manager/Team Lead from each EE work stream - KL Captive on: The specific processes within EE work streams. Actively support and involvement on the Core model deployment, process simplification, harmonization and automatization. Actively involve on continues process improvement from each work stream. The knowledge transfer and Desk Top Procedure (DTP) creation for the new country transition to KL Captive Center Actively support Global transformation project deployment in the respective work stream and country. Skills and Experience: Working experience is not required as training will be provided Advance knowledge in Microsoft such as Excel, Power point, words etc Positive attitude and mind set, align with \'Play to Win\' behaviors. Proactive, Self-motivated and ability to work independently Can work with multi-tasking environment Can connect the dots. Willing to be developed and learn something new Proficient in English and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Mandarin (for China support). Proficient in other foreign languages such as Japanese / Korean / Thai will be an edge Effective communication at all level.
