Job Role:
- Understanding the requirements of clients\' needs.
- Liaise with clients, build and maintain a positive relationship.
- Interviewing and screening candidates (check if they fit clients\' needs).
- Sourcing for potential candidates on various job portals.
- Proactive in reaching company and client goals.
- Working closely with team members.
- Candidate must possess a degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, outgoing personality.
- Good team player.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed (Training is provided, hence no prior experience required).
