Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Assisting in hiring process and interview arrangement
  • Handling documentation of employees and candidates
  • Planning and assisting with employee engagement and hiring activities
  • Collecting and updating database with new hire information
  • Creating content for social media for hiring such as posters and videos
  • Learning to source, screen and interview suitable candidates
  • Undertaking ad hoc duties as required by supervisors
Requirements
  • Good communication in English in professional setting
  • Passionate to learn and develop interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
  • Able to travel and work in Subang Jaya/Shah Alam (office is connected to LRT/KTM)
