Job Description


s: 1. Responsible for creating training contents for all OPPO products, such as smartphones and wearable etc 2. Develop and localized training material according to company strategies 3. Revise training plans to meet training requirements and keep technical information up to date 4. Plan, develop, and conduct product training programs and development for sales representative 5. Visit shops regularly, especially during peak periods to measure the impact of these visits are focusing to increase KPI 6. Identify potential stores or low sales performance stores to conduct training programs 7. Analyze and evaluate training programs effectiveness through sales performance 8. Manage sales performance, attendance, and any disciplinary issues of sales representative Job Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree 2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point 4. Excellent analytical and time-management skills 5. Well organized, meticulous, attentive to details and multitask 6. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
