1. JOB FUNCTIONS

1.1 Conduct Casino related training/briefing and activities for the development of Casino employees

1.2 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Casino training/activities

1.3 Observe and standardize the gaming procedures between Training Room and Pit Operations

1.4 Ensure the quality of technical training, for both trainers and trainees

1.5 Monitor and maintain the training room equipment, cards and chip inventory.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Conduct casino table games related trainings and Briefings

2.2 Manage and be responsible for the casino line training development

2.3 Identify the weaknesses within staff training programs and suggest for improvement to superior

2.4 Update the latest changes, compile and document training material for trainer guides and trainee handouts.

2.5 Be well versed with all existing rules, regulations and work procedures governing the department and also be aware of company policies as well as keeping abreast of the latest development in the casino industry.

2.6 Handle all reported matters and resolve complaints pertaining to all training matters and other related issues with tack, courtesy and in an unbiased manner.

2.7 Handle misconduct cases for training personnel and trainees i.e. Lateness, Absenteeism etc.

2.8 Liaise and establish close rapport with other sections/departments with regard to department matters, work activities etc.

2.9 Strive for overall improvement within the Department e.g. Training Room and Office conduciveness and cleanliness.

2.10 In any form of malpractices shall be reported to superior

2.11 Be aware of costs in relation to stock control, granting of over time etc.

2.12 Compile and maintain office systems such as raise eSAR, eEDS, ITMS etc.

2.13 Ensure all training equipment is in proper working condition and to report any defects for rectification to the appropriate area, inclusive of office inventory.

2.14 Instill discipline within the work place at all times and be fair, unbiased, non-prejudice and firm if required

2.15 Recognize the value and ability of subordinates and to provide guidance when necessary.

2.16 Motivate and counsel subordinates when necessary and to review any problems which may have been identified

2.17 Project a good Company image. Uphold Company\'s policies and not to divulge official matters that are confidential

2.18 Carry out other duties not covered above as directed by superior from time to time
