Purpose of the role: This job requires a person to plan, convene, and deliver SST technical training programs and workshops to field Operations Crews and back-room Operations staffs to improve personal competence and skills acquired to support the Organizational Needs. Perform a variety of services to meet the staff development, professional training and providing the best learning and development solutions and programs customized to each of the business units need.
