Job Description

Purpose of the role: This job requires a person to plan, convene, and deliver SST technical training programs and workshops to field Operations Crews and back-room Operations staffs to improve personal competence and skills acquired to support the Organizational Needs. Perform a variety of services to meet the staff development, professional training and providing the best learning and development solutions and programs customized to each of the business units need. Working Relationships: Internal: All Departments & Branches External: Bank/Vendors/Training Provider Key Accountabilities: a) Regional Training:

  • Conduct technical training in accordance with HQ\'s plan and SOP.
  • Keep training, assessment, employment status records of all related staff in the branches of the region up to date on Google Drive.
  • Provide feedback to HQ\'s ATME Technical Training Unit to enhance training materials.
  • Follow up on weak performers with meetings, re-training and re-assessment until they are qualified to work independently in the field.
b) Projects:
  • Become the Champion of technical projects and carry out as per HQ ATME\'s plan.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, reports are completed and discussed with HQ ATME Team.
Convert operations/spot checks:
  • Carry out covert operations (highly confidential) in discreet (eg. : cash loss prevention projects).
  • Carry out spot checks during operation\'s peak hour, gather information and report back back to HQ ATME Technical Training Unit.
  • Assist to check PM quality conducted by FSS and reserved C360 resources and report back to C360 Field Operations Supervisor.
Formal Education: \xe2\x97\x8f Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology. Experience: \xe2\x97\x8f At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the technical fields (IT, Cash Operations, Self-Service Terminals Operations/Maintenance). Personal Qualities: \xe2\x97\x8f Able to adapt and work in a team environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to collaborate with teams/activities to document processes in a clear and concise manner. \xe2\x97\x8f Able to present solutions in written and oral reports. \xe2\x97\x8f Able to conduct training at branches. \xe2\x97\x8f Possess excellent spoken and written English with high initiatives and positive attitude. \xe2\x97\x8f Pleasant attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision. \xe2\x97\x8f Good health and has no physical disability that can hinder proper duties. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work under pressure. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent knowledge in NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, OKI machineries is an advantage. Job Type: Contract Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
