Responsibilities
  • Responsible for customer training at franchised stores and maintaining store standardization.
  • Conduct audits at Malaysian stores, summarize issues occurring in the region, and present data.
  • Create teaching materials, handle problems based on issues arising and risks at stores, and provide training for franchise customers.
