Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to identify related training programs and training needs.
  • Schedule training sessions accordingly.
  • Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
  • Train and guide trainees during the sessions
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all trainees demonstrate understanding of the training.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a training position.
  • Solid knowledge of the latest training techniques & skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong skills in training and development methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Highly organized,
  • Proficient in time management
  • Possess excellent public speaking skills.
