Responsible of training Modules Development, including curriculum, design the structure of the course, in class facilitation settings and activities.
Conduct trainings for the region management or frontline, answering questions and encourage continuous learning.
Develop criteria for assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
Collect feedback after every training, evaluate the effectiveness of training and prepare training report.
Identify potential problem, evaluate the content provided, improvise the training delivered and any operation or management skills. .
Continuously improve and update the content based on feedback given and new SOP.
Responsible for the promotion and promotion of the corporate cultural concept (molding, maintenance, development and dissemination).
Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Supply Chain and Logistic or equivalent.
Preferably experience in leadership development experience.
Good interpersonal communication skills in interacting with people at all levels professionally.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
