• Responsible for company\'s training program and activity, set up classroom training, prepare training material and training schedule.
• Responsible of training Modules Development, including curriculum, design the structure of the course, in class facilitation settings and activities.
• Conduct trainings for the region management or frontline, answering questions and encourage continuous learning.
• Develop criteria for assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
• Collect feedback after every training, evaluate the effectiveness of training and prepare training report.
• Identify potential problem, evaluate the content provided, improvise the training delivered and any operation or management skills. .
• Continuously improve and update the content based on feedback given and new SOP.
• Responsible for the promotion and promotion of the corporate cultural concept (molding, maintenance, development and dissemination).
• Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Supply Chain and Logistic or equivalent.
• Preferably experience in leadership development experience.
• Good interpersonal communication skills in interacting with people at all levels professionally.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must be willing to travel.
