Working Hour : 9am-6pm Monday-Friday Salary Range : RM2200-RM3500 Job Responsibilities To plan and manage Sales-centric Content initiatives (Content Standardization, Proposal, Cheat Sheet, Battlecard, Competitor Analysis & Sales Pitch) To liaise with Product and Marketing team to design, enhance and recommend suitable content materials to fit EB frontliners\' needs. To translate and enhance key product and marketing content into quality and consumable content for the EB frontliners (Sales, Pre-sales, etc.) To review and provide consultancy on Sales Kit content development for specific products during any new product or campaign launch. To design and manage Content Analysis Dashboard. To investigate the overall Recharge Content analytics via Fuse, Workplace, and email. To conduct content effectiveness survey with relevant stakeholders To prepare monthly Post Implementation Report (PIR) for Recharge Content consolidation and provide recommendation for future improvement. Job Requirements Minimum of 1 years\' experience. Degree in any related field. Preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, & Communications. Experience in sales enablement as well as product and marketing. Experience in sales-centric content creation and management. Experience in learning and development. Customer and result oriented. Stakeholder management and people person. Take initiative and be enthusiastic. Strong communication skills. Creative and resourceful.
