Job Description

Job Overview:



Support training coordination, event logistics, and administrative operations to ensure smooth delivery of programmes and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Coordinate training programmes, workshops, and corporate events.

2. Support internal teams with accurate documentation and communication.

3. Liaise with hotels, vendors & partners for logistics arrangements.

4. Ensure training materials, equipment & venues are properly prepared.

5. Assist trainers during sessions & provide on-site support.

6. Handle basic client inquiries and resolve onsite issues.

7. Perform general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:



1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in admin/event coordination is an advantage.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

4. Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
