Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 1. Coordinate the administration and logistics of training; 2. Handling attendance and training systems; 3. Preparing course documents and schedules for all groups of the Company; 4. Monitor all courses inclusive of ordering the book and managing the examination system; 5. To answer e-mail and phone enquiries about scheduled training courses and replying the enquiries when necessary; 6. To ensure the training room is always clean and well-organized; 7. To prepare the refreshment when required; 8. To ensure the server run every morning and before Office close; 9. To assist and monitor the participants in during the examination; 10. To provide support on filing, organizing and archiving training materials; 11. To perform office clerical duties including copying and scanning documents; 12. To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office area; 13. To ensure that all equipment and accessories for training are well maintained and always log out or plug off when not in use; 14. To assist in maintaining and updating the pantry & Stationaries items; 15. Any task assigned by the Superior as and when required. 16. Have basic technical skills in handling computer hardware and software. Qualification 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent. Experience 1. Minimum 1-year experience in a related field Skills 1. Excellence in Microsoft Office; 2. Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking with a tight deadline; 3. Good teamwork and efficiency; 4. Good communication skills with internal and external customers; 5. Able to communicate and write in BM and English; 6. Have a positive attitude. 7. Non-smoker preferable.
