Manage and coordinate all aspects of the training centre's operations, including scheduling, pre- and post-training communication, registration and enrolment, resource allocation, logistics, hostel, food & beverage, stationery, utilities, and facility management. Handle HRDF claims, including preparation of required documentation, submission, and follow-up to ensure timely claim processing. Ensure proper documentation and filing in compliance with ISO audit requirements, including records of participant attendance, training materials, course evaluations, and training effectiveness assessments. Prepare accurate quotations and comprehensive contracts for training programs based on client requirements and company pricing guidelines, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly stated and agreed upon. Generate and manage invoices for training programs, ensuring accuracy in pricing, billing details, and payment terms. Coordinate with clients to address any queries or concerns related to quotations, contracts, or invoices, providing excellent customer service and timely responses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quotations, contracts, and invoices for proper documentation and filing. Issue purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO), and perform data entry tasks using AutoCount. Assist in the development and improvement of administrative processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management as required.

Job Requirements:



Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field. At least 1 year of experience handling HRDF claims. Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills. Possess own transport and willing to travel to branches, plants, or training centres to coordinate training programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in AutoCount software is an advantage. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
