Responsible for managing the backend coordination of external client training programs based on Sales team requirements. This role ensures smooth planning, scheduling, and execution of training sessions by working closely with the Sales team and trainers. The Training Coordinator handles logistics, trainer management, and preparation of training materials to ensure a seamless and professional learning experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all backend operations for client training programs based on Sales team requests.
Liaise directly with trainers to confirm availability, schedules, session requirements, and preparation needs.
Handle logistics including venue booking, accommodation, transportation, and training materials.
Prepare and manage training modules, presentations, and documentation in collaboration with trainers.
Maintain training schedules and calendars, ensuring timely communication with Sales, trainers, and clients.
Track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and client records.
Ensure compliance with HRD Corp and other relevant regulatory requirements for external training programs.
Provide support during live training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
Continuously improve training coordination processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in training coordination, project coordination, or client-facing operational roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trainers and programs simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in liaising with Sales and trainers.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing logistical arrangements efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRD Corp or similar regulatory compliance is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with dynamic schedules.
Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and external client engagement is advantageous.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
