Job Responsibility Organise School Education Seminars Objective: Educating tweens and teens the proper care of breast development and promote suitable types of bras. Identify Target Schools: Research and identify schools, understand each school s policies and procedures, approach to the principal, vice principal or teachers, send the proposal or flyers, fix appointments for meeting. Create a Budget: Develop a budget that covers expenses. Prepare materials: Design teaching methodologies, PPT slides, handouts, print leaflet and banner, equipped with the necessary audio-visual facilities, door gift. Ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place. Form an organizing committee: Assign tasks such as logistics, marketing, registration, event coordination, and overall event management. Managing venue setup, audio-visual equipment, signage, distribute flyers and door gift, taking photographs and video, answer Q&A sessions, clean up after events. Conducting on the job Training for Frontlines Objective: Helping promoters develop and acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. Ensure them compliant with relevant regulations, policies, procedures, and Company s standards. Collaboration with Product, Marketing and Sales Team: Work closely with them to ensure that training content is accurate, relevant, and up to date. Evaluating and identify employee needs, design and develop training programs, scheduling and regular deliver training, assessing learning outcomes. Facilitate training sessions and workshops. This may involve in-person training, virtual training via Zoom, or a combination of both for frontliners. Develop training modules: such as Communication skills, Customer services, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Sales Techniques, Motivation, Product knowledge training, Fitting knowledge. Ensuring all materials, programs contents and training syllabus are up-to-date and relevant to current business practices and market standards. Coordinates with Internal Stakeholder, Product team Collate data and information from product departments and use them to curate accurate training syllabus. Stay abreast of market trend and successful sales techniques to be up to speed on potential training topics. Gather feedback from promoters, customers, sales team. Use this feedback to make improvements to on-going training programs, refresher courses, updates on new products. Refines learning tools and techniques. Organizing team-building event Select Appropriate Activities, source suitable venue, date and time, develop a budget that covers expenses on accommodation, meals, dress code, rewards, activities, transportation. Choose team-building activities and create event rundowns that align with Company s objectives, such as motivation, strengthen relationships, teamwork. Others Identify and organising Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) as needed. Any other ad-hoc assignments according to the business needs Job Requirements Job brief: Frontlines Trainer is responsible for maintaining the standards of Company s frontlines by providing comprehensive training at the start of employment and as needed throughout employment. Their duties include working closely with Company s sales, product and marketing department heads to determine areas for frontlines improvement, developing training courses for new and existing frontlines and establishing methods to track frontline performance after the completion of training. Job Requirements: Proven experience as corporate trainer or similar role. Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools. Proficient in MS Office especially Powerpoint. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical-thinker and problem-solver. Bachelor s degree in human resources, Training, Education, or any relevant qualification.
