Job Description

1. Apply professional knowledge and skills to enable trainees to operate independently following standards.

2. Focus on food safety and cultivate trainees' QSC habits.

3. Provide practical - theory training to enhance trainees' operation and problem - solving abilities

4. Travel short - term for store opening and operation assistance.

5. Assist the training team and proactively solve problems.

6. Optimize training processes and improve training quality.

7. Conduct training for 20 people in 5 stores monthly and organize at least 2 practical training sessions.

8. Assist in formulating and implementing training plans, organizing training, assessments, andcollecting feedback.

Qualification

1. At least 2 years of catering operation management experience, with preference for tea - drink industry experience.

2. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Willing to travel short - term and work morning, noon, and night shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
