Assist in planning, developing, and executing technical and non-technical training programs
Coordinate with trainers, trainees, and industry partners for smooth training delivery
Prepare training materials, schedules, and documentation (attendance, assessments, reports)
Conduct research and development of new training modules and standards (e.g. NOSS)
Monitor training effectiveness and propose improvements
Manage participant databases and certification processes
Ensure all programs meet compliance standards set by HRD Corp, JPK, and other regulators
Support marketing and outreach initiatives for training programs

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
