Responsibilities: To oversee the planning, implementation and improvement of the Training & Development, and CCK Academy Program; to work closely with Operations, HR, and all relevant departments to ensure training and course program align with company needs; to monitor training and academy activities, schedules, and progress to ensure smooth execution; to review and enhance training modules, learning materials, and evaluation methods used by the training and academy teams; to ensure the training and CCK Academy meets quality standards, compliance requirements and operational objectives; and to prepare reports and updates for management on program outcome and improvement.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, Education or related field.
Minimum 5 years working experience in training, learning & development, retail operations or related field. Salary RM8K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
* TTT (Train-the Trainer) certification is an added advantage.
