ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES The Training Lead is responsible for continuing the sales training program for team members from the outbound sales & commercial team. The Training Lead will coach the sales agents on systems, tools, sales techniques and objection handling techniques. Group and 1 on 1 training sessions coaching and feedback with the sales agents to improve their skills to a high-performance level are part of the daily job requirements. WHAT YOU WILL OWN: Maximises sales agent effectiveness by determining and solving training needs Prepares new and current sales agents by conducting orientation to the sales process developing individual coaching plans providing resources and assistance. Determines training needs by observing sales calls studying sales results reports conferring with stakeholders. Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources providing coaching conducting training sessions developing outcome improvement resources. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques making support readily available integrating support with routine job functions. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading related materials and learning about local market trends. Accomplishes sales training and organisation mission by completing related results as needed. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Possess a minimum of Diploma in Training/ Sales/ Advertising/ Marketing or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant working experience as a Sales Trainer/ Sales Coach/ Sales Consultant/ Sales Team leader Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Excellent command of written and spoken English & Mandarin Training Management, Performance Management, Motivating Others, Giving Feedback, Coaching, Self-Development, Motivation for Sales, Self-Confidence, Sales Planning, Orienting Employees At Central Operations we 'Work smarter together', 'Always add value' & 'Look for trouble', these are our guiding principles that will make us a Centre of Excellence in no time.
