Job Description

This Change, Communications, Knowledge Management and Training SME (Subject Matter Expert) will oversee the Change, Communication, Knowledge and Training workstream for our Payroll Transformation project across APAC.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• In this role you will lead Change, Communication, Knowledge and Training workstream in assigned project(s) \xe2\x80\x93 in cooperation with Project Manager and other team members
• Cooperate closely with Global Change, Knowledge and Training Lead in fulfilling Transformation Strategy in assigned areas
• Be responsible for Change and Communication plan and Stakeholders Matrix per assigned project
• Take responsibility for Knowledge and Training plan per assigned project
• Be responsible for change impact assessment and future readiness plan (with focus on employee experience)
• Coordinate, in close cooperation with Local Organisation, Change and Communication information campaign

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Experience dealing with training preparations and knowledge management.
• Experience working for a large organization and with a variety of stakeholders
• Expert in communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Excellent communication skills, ability to prepare clear and understandable materials (documents, presentations, formal emails, etc.)
• Ability and eagerness to work in a busy transformation environment with a focus on change management, knowledge, and trainings
