Job Description


s: \xe2\x80\xa2 Build systems and processes that meet our objectives and maximize the efficiency of our procedures especially in areas of content, training, and development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reach out and network with qualified trainers and make sure a smooth enrolment process onto our platform by answering all their queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the acquisition of new trainers through recruitment activities, this includes participating in the presentation and negotiation with trainers and partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with trainers to set a schedule on their availability to conduct the training and ensure they are committed to their set timeline or reschedule as and when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Schedule trainers to their available time slot to go live or reschedule as and when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and manage trainer profiles to ensure the images and information are up-to date. This includes creating a data bank of all trainers and their specialization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with design team to create high-quality posters for social media awareness and ensure all the information communicated are accurate before publishing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to the overall development and management of our product/services offering especially in areas of content, training, and development \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols by collaborating with and customer experience team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping informed of industry trends in learning & development. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Remarkably talented managers are a must for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 The ideal candidate possesses at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma in operations management, business, communication/creative or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with at least 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of proven experience in account/business management/operations management and related field is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in talent acquisition and content acquisition or related field is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to identify and assess trainer and talent potential. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional communication and networking skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa and Mandarin is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to details when accomplishing task with accuracy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Result-oriented individual with the ability to get things done. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated team player and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
