Training Manager
As part of Sales Excellence and Commercial Capabilities Development (SECCD) team, the Training Manager is responsible for assessing the skills, performance, productivity and talents of employees in Viatris and preparing written evaluations with advice for improvement.
This role requires to collaborate with global and regional team in planning and implementation on developmental programs.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Searching for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity and safety among staff
  • Researching new training supplies and materials that can enhance the company\'s training procedures while providing value to employees
  • Identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training
  • Collaborate with regional team to ensure effective implementation of employee development programs and modules
  • Leading programs to assist employees with transitions due to technological changes, new modules and launches
  • Communicating with management and team members to ensure that all needs are met
  • Coordinating with relevant department on orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires
  • Resolving any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessary
  • Assess employees\' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.


Academic, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in training and development
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills with multitasking ability
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Independent and good problem-solving skill
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods
  • Advanced record-keeping skills
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
