Open Position: Training Manager (MNC Company)
An MNC Company is currently looking for Training Manager to join the team and be based in the Penang island office. You will lead a team to develop, promote and deliver regional training services to the different business units regionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 5 years of experience as trainer, external training specialist in Engineering/Manufacturing related products
- Demonstrated experience developing training programs and curriculum based on organizational goals and a strategic plan
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Certification from talent and training associations is a strong plus
- Experience with lstest Engineering/Manufacturing technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms via online, virtual and etc
- Good interpersonal skills, presentation and communication skills
