1. Required Mandarin Language skill.
2. Min 1 year invoicing experience, Professional accounting is not mandatory.
3. Strong communication skill.
4. Can self-responsible and facing problems/have managerial level of resposibility.
5. Can work under minimum supervision.
Tanggungjawab
1. Manage 360 degree of documents, budget, and expenses, fleet card of affiliated car company (supplier).
2. Follow-up and summarize all expenses - operations cost, fines of suppliers, outsources (individual).
3. Follow up the report summarizing the transport costs and fines of affiliated car company (supplier) and outsources (individual).
4. Forecast and create budget plan of monthly transportation cost for preparing a budget for advance disbursement.
5. Standardized and price structure for affiliated car company (supplier) to meet business plans by referring to comparative data from the entire market in country.
6. Track and verify delivery reports summarizing all transportation expense to be in line with organization\'s disbursement approval process.
7. Support, advice, and give training to subordinates. Ensure the understanding, efficiency, effectiveness of work detail and process to be able to support the organization to achieve the best goals.
8. Other duties as assigned.
