Job Description
:
Coordinate and monitor all transportation (Lorry Trailer) activities during the assigned task Schedule, and track vehicles to ensure on-time delivery and pickups Monitor lorry trips to domestic customers or distribution points. Communicate with drivers, and customers to resolve any issues. Coordinate transport vehicles with assigned drivers for daily operations. Manage stock discrepancies, loading time and monitor driver's performance Maintain accurate records of delivery, delays, and incidents (abnormal). Update transportation data into database
Requirements:
Experience in transportation/logistics coordination preferred Good understanding of transport management systems (TMS) Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (morning & night shift, if required) Knowledge of local transportation regulations and safety procedures will be an advantage Strong follow-up, monitoring, and reporting skills. Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Able to multi-task and work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
